Maintenance contract:
TSMA services offers service contracts to cover the ongoing maintenance of the sold equipment’s and the power systems. Our experience in all aspects of generators, solar systems, heavy machinery maintenance allows us to fit our service contracts to meet our clients requirements.
Repair and Spare-parts:
Any equipment should be serviced regularly and repaired when needed to ensure the standby operational can withstand the customer’s requirements when needed. Our engineers will visit the customers’ site and undertake an inspection whether to repair at site or need to pull over to our workshop for overhauling.
24/7 On Call Service
A 24 hours hotline to aid major emergencies and breakdowns.
Customer training
We provide customer operation training to help them gain better understanding of the purchased power products, as well as operation and basic maintenance skill.
